Take the printout of filled form ,If unable to upload the photographs , parents should physically affix photos in the designated space and submit it along with the required documents at the gate no 2 (from 9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.) of the school.If the hard copy of the form is not submitted physically to the school,registration will be cancelled. The Payment will be made ONLINE ONLY.

Incomplete/Incorrect/Duplicate Registration forms will be rejected.

Do not use symbols like -/ or ‘ or “ : or etc. while filling the form online as these symbols are not accepted by the software.

Please be sure that all the information duly filled regarding your ward’s particulars i.e. date of birth, address proof, sibling proof (fee slip of latest month of brother/sister studying in the same school i.e. DAV JASOLA VIHAR), AlumniProof (passed out certificate from DAV JASOLA/SARITA VIHAR) should be as per the details in the original documents

All the supporting documents and application form must be self-attested otherwise the form will be cancelled.

Proof of Residence should match with the address filled in the application form. Mis-matched details or documents will be cancelled.

Forms without well supporting documents at the time of verification will be cancelled and will not be entertained for further process.

Bill/Passport/Gas Connection/Domicile certificate of Parent, Receipt/Registered Rent Agreement/ Aadhar Card of child.
